Is everything on my platter vegan?
YES! Our gourmet vegan platters are 100% plant-based, cruelty free and of course vegan!
Can I keep my platter overnight?
Sorry, not sorry! We pack every order with the freshest ingredients and do not recommend keeping the platters overnight.They are at best when consumed on day of pick up/delivery!
What if I want meat or dairy based cheeses added to my platter?
Because we are Vegans and we specialize in Vegan platters we do not offer any meat or dairy based products. But have no fear, you will not feel like you are missing out! Even the biggest dairy based cheese lovers fall in love with our work!
Can you deliver my platter or do I have to pick up?
In addition to our curbside pick-up in Aurora we happily deliver within Newmarket and Aurora, free of charge. We can deliver within the GTA for a fee.

When/how do I pay?
Within 48 hours of submitting your request, you will receive a response from us regarding your order. Once we confirm the details of your order, an invoice will be sent directly to your email, that is to be paid using a credit card. In order to fully confirm your order, payment must be made.
Is everything on my platter gluten free?
Almost! With the exception of some of our crackers, the majority of the contents on our platters are Gluten Free. We are happy to accommodate a Gluten Free request but please be aware we do not have a Gluten Free kitchen and cross contamination may occur.
How much notice do I need to provide for an order & what if I need to cancel?
Placing an Order -
We require 48 hours notice for small orders and deliveries.
We require 14 days notice for larger orders and deliveries.
Cancelling an Order -
All/Any cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled pickup/delivery will be provided a credit in the full amount for use at a future date, or a refund in the full amount.
All/Any cancellations made less than 7 days before scheduled pick-up/delivery will be charged the full amount and no credit or refund will be issued.
Can you accommodate my allergy
e.g. Nut Free?
Our kitchen is NOT nut free and our platters are not created in an allergen-free environment. The ingredients may be cross-contaminated with nuts, sesame, soy, wheat, gluten, mustard and sulphites. It is your responsibility to let us know of any allergens and we have the right to refuse processing orders for clients with any type of allergy
Does someone need to be home at the time of delivery?
Yes, unless otherwise discussed. Our platters are best enjoyed right away, or stored in the fridge as soon as possible
